Thoughts on road traffic....

Anyone else notice that new animated road traffic is scurrying about just a little too fast? It looks a bit cartoonish, like a big slot car track.

Hopefully it wiil be slowed down considerably in the final.

Otherwise we will need someone to mod some traffic cops to slow down the speeders! ;)

There is s mad that control the AI traffic taxi speed in fs2004. I'm sure you might with a mod in fsX.

Well if that's on a motorway/freeway then that's about right. Remember, the traffic isn't going to be driving down every single road in the game, it's going to be along large, busy roads.

yea i folowed them once, 70 mph!!! :o ::)



and they dont slow down for corners, which theyseem to do in 90 degree turns not following the road.

It's flight simulator, not cars-driving-down-the-road-and-following-all-the-traffic-rules simulator. ;D ;)

Why not simply edit the sim.cfg file for the traffic?
