http://www.airsidetv.com/main/play.asp?date=7/28/2006The first seven to ten minutes of the video will be about Embreair [the Brazilian aircraft company]. After that, FSX is covered the rest of the way. The video lasts a total of about at least half an hour. What you will see:
1. How the panels for the Garmin aircraft will look like.
2. How the ATC tower controls will look like and what functions are available for the tower user.
3. New examples on what kind of missions to expect. What made me laugh was the flight to Area 51. The guy said that there will be surprises there. Gee, I wonder what surprises we will see over there. I wonder if ET is visiting.

4. More comparison shots between FS2004 and FSX.
5. The new phases of the moon and the space shots.

Here is another link of the same video. This one jumps straight in the FSX interview.

Very interesting video indeed.
I was really impressed with three things:
- the airport environment. This guy clearly stated that ANY airport with gates would have those moving vehicules. Also they will be interactive, you will be able to request them, they won't come automatically. That's a great addition for immersion.
- the default scenery. That shot comparison in Switzerland... I can't wait flying aroud in FSX. First airport -> Concrete Mum. Second airport -> Sion. I fly all my time around those two airports, I can't wait to discover the improvements of those areas.
- The Tower controller: Look very detailled. I don't know the actual tools used by the guys on IVAO/VATSIM, but the feature in FSX seemed very realistic.
Last thing to point out is about towed gliders. I didn't understand the comments about not flying the glider properly. Will this have an influence on the towing plane ? Also, are those towing planes only AI, or can they be controller by a human in multiplayer ? Native Americans/English speakers are still difficult to understand for me, I'm more used to French, German, Italian or Japanese speakers, much easier you know ;)

I can imagine now.... flying Pilot-Copilot around in multiplayer, in the backwards compatible CORAL F-15!! That would be fun!!

I was in the same case. My internet connection is no so bad, but the streming speed varies a lot. Sometimes I could see more than 30 seconds in a row, sometimes it had to buffer again every 10 seconds

In the end, I downloaded a utility called "Net Transport". This is a freeware (a version also exists in Shareware, with more features certainely) download manager that lets you download streaming videos. You choose "new download", copy-paste the mms address given in the second post, and that's all the downlod begins. You should be able to find this program with google.

A glider under tow has a very big influence on the tow a/c. In fact the tow a/c is flying continuously very close to the stall so it

Or you hope...
I used to think, would towing a glider with a Cessna be like towing a bike with another bike. The answer is, of course, yes, but with an extra axis and dimension. Now with height and pitch!

None of two these links worked for me.
First said-"Sorry but there is no schedule set".
Have no idea what this means.
The second one just cant be downloaded or played by standard IE.
Is there anything to do with it?Without unstalling any additional programs?
