Anyways, I noticed how awsome the landmarks look like. It seems that M$ is "finally" learning that the US is not the only country on the planet along with recognizing that the earth is not cyclindrical.

also looks like they got sun glint down on aircraft  ;D  And if you look at the bars in the tower you can see they each cast their own shadow that effects us in our view  ;D

I don't know what's wrong with FSPLANET, but I can surely see you guys feel very strongly about it, I guess I haven't been here long enough..


Anyway, there's some really nice new screens.

Ecko: FSPirate are selling freeware designers work for money, and claim it's their work!
and are also stealing planes and scenery from Avsim.com, flightsim.com and also from SimV! (Read: They download planes here, and put it on FSPirate.com)

Alot of aircraft designers has put a label in their readme, where it goes like this: Do NOT upload to FSPlanet.com!

That's why we hate them!

yes, FSPirate is FSplanet. now there is new management there, and they haven't done anything wrong. it was the original creator.

not only do the sell, but the only way to get a node to download stuff is by going first class (like the premier membership here(which i have ))

i've only downloaded one plane from there, because it couldn't be found elsewhere (i went hunting for 2 months just to avoid it, to no avail.) i got lucky to catch one of the new free nodes and as soon as i was done, i was outta there.

If they're under new management and the new folks have done nothing wrong then that's good news for the FS community. However they still have a long @55 way to go when it comes to recovering their reputation.
