FSX/P3D Boeing 777-9 Emirates Package v2 Issues

I downloaded the "FSX/P3D Boeing 777-9 Emirates Package v2" that was posted on the Simviation website in January 2023.
I was not able to get the interior cockpit lights to work, including the panel lights. The FMC is not accessible and will not respond to any mouse clicks - even to turn it on and boot it up. How do you fold the wing tips?
I'm using FSX Steam Edition.
