Now the Ukrainian Air Force is possibly being delivered in the medium future with f-16’s I thought may be a digital livery like the one for the mig-25 will be appropriate.
Is there someone willing and skilled to do so?

Do you know of a good freeware FSX native F-16? There may be one I've forgotten

native freware f-16 is a commodity.
As far as I know: there is the Olson one, but never converted to native fsx.
Your backward conversion of the ai p3d4 f16 is the closest one as far as I can see with 5700 downloads
Another possibility is using the f-2 from team KBT, looks quite like the real thing.
