Lonely sky

Hi All,
Fired up FSX after a very long break. I have both boxed version and Steam version, both run exceptionally well. High frame rates, smooth and trouble free gameplay.
Loads of ORBX add-ons, latest Africa land class, plus latest version of Plan-G.

However, previously I used to see plenty of ai traffic, both in the sky and on Plan-G as well. But now they seem to be all "gone". Sliders in Settings are maxed out, and even got some WOAI aircraft in the airplane folder.
This is true for both the boxed version and the steam version.
Any pointers anyone?

Jan

Have you accidentally added any Fs9 traffic files recently, I think this messes with FSX's traffic.

Thanks for the pointer Dave.

Found a YouTube posting dealing with this and am looking into it.

No luck with this. On the other hand, for fear of breaking something else, I also do not want to tamper too deep with things.

Strange that you have the same problem in both versions.

Have you tried verifying files on the Steam version?

Hi Dave, yes I have. While the conversion/delete (FS9 to FSX files) are reported as successful, the skies remain empty.
All in all it is really not a biggy. Just something I noticed.

Thanks
