F-14D Sonic Boom?

Hello,
I downloaded the F-14D version 2.40 from this site:
http://indiafoxtecho.blogspot.com/2013/ ... lator.htmlIt is my understanding that the sonic boom is supposed to work in FSX. I have not been able to get it to work. Is there something that I am missing?

I had a quick test flight, got the vapour cone but no Sonic boom in external view when breaking the sound barrier.

So did I, Had a look in the panel their is a sound a file and gauge in the CFG. I am not a software technician so a solution would help me too.

Yes, I was also able to get the vapour cone when I reached mach 1 from the external view. I did not get the sonic boom sound even though there is a sound file for it in the panel folder.

Suggest you find and download the zip file rcbco-30
The file contains a lot of other stuff for carrier landing etc, but it does have a working sonic boom envelope and sound.

Thank you for the suggestion. I installed rcbco-30, but I only installed the elements I needed. I finally have a working sonic boom for the F-14D.
