Antonov AN-12 cold & dark start up problem

Hello fellow flight simmers! i downloaded the AN-12 package that was uploaded here by Garnier D in 2011 and it seems that when i try to start it up from Cold & Dark mode, the engines needles only go up to 20% or something and wont start.. i can auto start it with Ctrl + E but for some reason if i try to start it myself those engines just wont fire up.. i've tried all the Ctrl + Shift + F4 full rich mixture and what not, i can put all the pumps and generators on but the engines just stay at 20% and wont fire up.

I hope someone here is a real AN-12 xpert and knows all the tips and tricks for it..
