I seem to be having a problem with this aircraft. It loads fine and even shows up when I go to fly it. I'll have it lined up on the runway, ready to take off. But then.. I throttle up, she picks up plenty of speed to get off the ground, the nose pitches up and.... Nothing. She won't leave the ground and if I slew her up high enough to try to fly, she noses down and dives right for the ground. Is there a way to fix that problem?

Works for me. There is a "flap fix" on the download page for the Orca. Did you install that?
