As we know, FSX/P3D Nav-aids are somewhat out of date. This site allows you to update your nav-aids, risk free:

Quote: "The FSX/P3D World Navaids package will update navigational aids (VORs, NDBs) in selectable world areas (worldwide coverage). A multi-platform installer is provided and all original files are saved and can be restored."

Remember to update/re-build your PLAN-G database as well !

It works pretty good but be aware it does not alter any intersections but it will fix any airport that currently has incorrect runway markings.
One airport that is not correct is KJAX my home base the runways are labeled as 7/25 and 13/31 but they are now 8/26 and 14/32.
You can always use a site called AIRNAV it will show you the up to date information on any airport in the USA just key in the code
Before I found this link I bought a program called CLEOJAX that not only updated the runways but changed the actual airport itself to reflect the changes hat have happened
I was surprised when I first installed it the runways were still mislabeled I wrote them about that and I got an immediate apology and a fix to correct that problem.
They could not apologize enough for the mistake.
