Yes, it's coming out for PC first and Xbox later on. As far as DVD/CD, I'm not sure, but as a download, I'm sure off that. As far as flying the sim, I think that's a "yes and no". both as a multi-player and (if I understand correctly) auto-gen scenery and AI traffic. Off-line might mean you loose a lot of the auto-gen and AI. Time will tell.
