I migrate from windows 7 to win 10 I was reinstalling my very old Microsoft Flight Simulator X deluxe edition and when I wrote my ORIGINAL PRODUCT KEY the yellow stick inside the box this came out ....of course I've installed many times FSX I bought it back in 2008 ,But I have instaled on the same old PC with its old core2duo and 4gb ram

it says as a second option "make a phone call to their customer service,...and it does nothing..!?!? What is the freaking phone number? what to do?

I'm in latinamerica and we do also have skype..


any clues would be appreciate it

I had to use the phone method, I used the automated Freephone number. The phone numbers are in the main fsx folder Phone Activation.xml.
It's a bit of a pain and you have to do it once to activate FSX and again for Acceleration. When you select phone activation on your pc it should give you a long number you have to have this code to activate over a phone.
This process resets the activations back to zero so the next time you need to re-install it will activate normally online.

This actually helps a lot , I spend almost all morning communicating with customer service with 4 different persons, 3 of them I think were from India for the accent (and I thought my English wasn't so good ,mine were better than some of them ) , the last one was and American girl who gave me the activation telephone number and I didn't understand well all those digit number were for...Thank you Dave T , after reading your post I knew what were those bunches of numbers...I did the whole thing ,and Is now activated...
about your pm , that's the sad part of my own pathetic story man... no need to lie .....same computer since 2010 I just add some more ram to the old core2duo ,...like everything else in my country...everything got frozen in time..Thank you very much! and also thank you Boikat for trying
