The last few months fsx starts in the vmc window instead of the cockpit.

Any way to stop that? ..........thanx

under options, open display, and choose either opening cockpit 3d or 2d

You had to save a flight that had the VC open
just do as the other posts suggest than save the flight and save as default flight
A lot of people will save a flight as a default flight so the sim comes up right where they left off and then forget that they did this and wonder why it will not go back to where it was originally.
