Head movement

I know there is a way to adjust your point of view while in the cockpit of an aircraft. But for love or money I can not remember how to do this.
I have a fleet of Air Buses that when in the cockpit you can not see down the taxiway or runway the view is pointing to far down which means I need to raise it or perhaps lower myself in order to see down the runway :oops:
I did this once so I know it can be done.
Can someone shed a little light on this. I am somewhat embarrassed to ask :oops:
Thanks.

To adjust eyepoint
Move back = CTRL + Enter
move Down = Shift + Backspace
Move up = shift + Enter
move forward = ctrl + Backspace
move left = CTRL +Shift+Backspace
move right = Ctrl+Shift+Enter

Reset = Ctrl+Space

I might be wrong, but isn't that the [views] eyepoint=XX in the aircraft.cfg?

you are correct there is such an entry for my air craft it looks like below
eyepoint=96.500, -1.756 , 5.500

I played around with this to see what happens the problem is I do not know which line to adjust and then it is trail and error
the method described by Dave T works like a champ
thanks. 8-)

It's the usual X, Y, Z: Front to back, left to right, up and down.
