hello to you:

I have all these planes I have downloaded in past years lots of them for fsxgold edition. if I get fsx on steam can I transfer all my downloaded planes to fsx on steam? and is fsx on steam the same as fsx gold edition?

I think you will be very pleased with FSX on Steam , I certainly am. No stutters, no out of memory errors, and no need for constant tweaking to make it work better for me. The ORBX scenery addon is superb also, if you don't have it already. Have fun.
