Land textures in water

I have a problem. I have land texture's in water, river's, ocean's,... I don't now what the reason is. I used UTX and FTX central 3 but i've reinstalled them but no solution.
Here u see a picture what the problem is. Above the beach must be water texture's.
Anyone?
