I could be wrong but I think you will only find these kind of reverse's on what I call a normal jet engine that is not a turbo fan as they use the split nacelle method
the difference between the two engines is obvious your older jet engines have solid nacelles where a turbo fan has a opening in the nacelle right behind the first fan. These are designed this way so that bird strikes will go out the opening and not through the actual engine .
