I have a payware product called AIRBUS COLLECTION LONG HAUL
which is a collection of four different variants of airbus the A330-200/300 and the A340-200/300
when the aircraft are sitting at the gate cold and dark the ailerons will droop but as soon as you apply any power they come up
The B727 used to do the same thing the flaps would droop because of no hydraulic power
I would check out the Hydraulic power that could cause a problem like this
