On my FSX just recently some of my planes when I hit fly now all that is there is a motor a pilot a prop and a set of
landing gear. or I was talking to a friend that put out a plane and there was gauges no panel no wings no fuselage
landing gear a frame for a canopy and outline of a body of the engine this is getting very distressing. Because it don't
happen to all of them . PLEASE I HAVE A FRIEND RACKING HIS BRAIN TRYING TO FIGURE THIS ONE OUT BECASE ONE OF THE PLANE THAT VANISHED WAS HIS!

This sounds as you have set DirectX10 preview and are using non DirectX10 FSX aircraft or FS9 ported aircraft.

You have two solutions:

1- Return to DirectX9 mode

2- For best results in DX10 mode, use Steve's DX10 scenery fixer. You have to purchase it. As this is a freeware forum I suggest you can search for: "steve's fsx analysis - dx10 scenery fixer"

If you will forgive me where do you change it from DX 10 BACK TO DX9 see some of my planes like my CESSENA
377 I don't think is made with DX 10 TEXTURES and my one from DINO F-14 I sure it is I don't know to go to change
it and when I downloaded the CORSAIR F4U-7 REVISED when it showed up when you pick your plane all was there
was a transparent canopy a pilot a engine prop landing gear a few things behind the pilot and that's it and that's
before the problem started.

On the FSX user interface, click on the "Settings" button, and the select the "Customize" button. The Graphics Control Panel should pop up. Make sure the "Preview DirectX 10" box is not checked.

Since I have had three strokes things don't come as easy as they use to where do you find the FSX USER INTER FACE I use to be able to work on
my pc but now it's impossible! I'M SORRY!!

Start up FSX click on settings and Graphics and see if the preview dx10 box is not checked

When I pull up the display page the dixect x does not show up on my page
I don't where to go to turn it back to dixect x 9 the doctors are messing with
my body and putting my in a lot of pain. would somebody give me a clue where to go!

Do you have FSX with SP1 and SP2? I'm not sure, but I think FSX without SP1 and 2 does not have the option available. I could be wrong about that.

Seems that you are running a basic first FSX version without SP1 & 2. Then the compatibility problem is reversed.

Dino's F14 is clearly for FSX-acceleration, I don't know the other planes you mention but seems that those planes need Acceleration or minimum SP1&2 (they are free). You will get the SP's here at Simviation:

If you want an improved version of FSX-Acceleration you have FSX-Steam edition that being the same program, has some small modifications that make it run better than the disc versions.

NOTE: Acceleration is a FSX + SP1&2 plus more planes and other addons.

Will I have any backlash I'm running WINDOW'S 7 It is easier for me since I
had three strokes .I tried WINDOWS X and I took it out after 2 days it sucks
it's too hard for a stroke victim.

I'm at a state of confusion I have ACCELERALTION with FSX I have downloaded SP 1 AND I almost have all of SP 2 and I don't weather to
put them into FSX . Because the directions are CONFUSING ! DO I ADD 1 OR
2 ?

If you have FSX-Acceleration you have SP1&2 incorporated but it doesn't match with the absence of "Preview DirectX10" as the picture from DaveT shows.
