Simconnect

Postby Ghostrider114 » Sun Feb 11, 2018 11:46 pm

I have been having problems with Aerosoft's F-14 on FSX:SE. One of the threads suggested installing Simconnect from the SDK, but I'm not sure if that installer is working right. When I open it, a dialog box with a progress bar appears saying "Configuring Simconnect" but then after the progress bar finishes, nothing happens. I'm guessing that it's supposed to launch an installer, right? Does anyone know where I can get a copy of simconnect that actually works?

According to the link I sent this should install the Legacy version of Simconnect.
I have the Aerosoft CRJ 700/900 installed and have no issues with sinconnect
Perhaps a reinstall of the product might clear this up

I reverified the steam install and it seems to have fixed simconnect, although the F-14 is still having issues

Might be time to submit a ticket to aerosoft they worked with me pretty quickly when I had questions about the CRJ 700/900

I'm already talking with them, but they haven't been much help. One guy on the forum said there was a hotfix, but the support guy said I have the latest version.
