The frequency for this runway does not provide a centered approach(109.7), however 06 is dead center, frequency 110.35. I'm up to date with AIRAC 1712. Is there a fix for this ? I've had no success.

To my knowledge their are two ways to fix this is one way is to edit the runway using Airport Design Editor
The other way is to download what used to be called an AFCAD file. Which was created by editing an original file using AFCAD
AFCAD will not work with FSX ADE is the equivalent to AFCAD
My home base KJAX runway numbers changed and I used ADE (AIRPORT DESIGN EDITOR) to fix it

When you design an airport you decide if you want a runway to have ILS and if you do you have to set it up correctly or you will get wrong results.
You can define a runway to have a back course instead of its own ILS. A back course will use the same frequency as the other end of the runway but use a different heading
AN example would be runway 08/26 Runway 8 has an ILS frequency of 108.75 will say and a heading of 082 Runway 26 will use the same frequency but the heading might be 261 .
Run way headings are close to or exactly the same as the runway numbers. So a runway with a heading of 162 would have a runway number of 16 and the other end would have a heading of exactly 180 degrees different
Not all runways have a back course. It has to be set up that way 8-)

Thank you for the detailed reply. I will attempt to correct using one of the methods and will report, thanks again

Are you using a scenery add-on for CYTR?
I just ran the ILS Rwy 24 Approach in the default Cessna 172, default scenery.
The localizer is dead center, and the glide-slope is corresponding with the PAPI's. 109.70 in NAV 1 radio, and 243 on the course. No problem here.

I even checked to make sure that we weren't talking about Trenton, Nova Scotia. But thankfully there are no radio beacons on 109.70 near CYTN (Nova Scotia).

I have a scenery file that corrected parking to this airport(CYTR-ONT.) When I remove it nothing changes. A search of duplicate files only revealed navgraph up dates. I did find reference to this problem on ADE site where a solution was found but not explained. Seems it takes some serious editing with Airport Editor, beyond my computer skills. Thanks for help.

After some time of trying to resolve this problem, with lots of appreciated help, a successful conclusion. I use fsAeroData, in an update to cycle 1712r2 a small error was made that involved many airports in the system, this was corrected by fsAerodata in update 1712r4. Everything is perfect now and a new cycle is due 7th Dec, (every 28 days). This just for information purposes.
