I don't have any link at the moment but the topics about the NVidia settings are quite common on various forums.
The most usual areas of focus are:
- the usage of "Sparse Grid SuperSampling (SGSS)" antialiasing which is the only way to obtain a decent antialiasing quality in DX10 preview mode, but which is also a real FPS killer when flying in clouds or smoke.
- The usage of the frame rate limiter with FSX set to unlimited in an attempts to get a smoother sim
- The usage of "adaptative + 1/2 refresh rate" vertical synchronization mode to try to kill the micro-stutters
Some of these settings are only available within NVidia Inspector.
