On the standard (FSX) Learjet, the door sometimes opens and stays open. Then, again, it may act like a trap. This current event, it opens slowly, then snaps shut like a frog catching a fly.

This happens when you park near a
fuel bowser.

The default Keystroke to open the door is shift + E,
Something has happened to cause this as I have never had it happen and I have had FSX since it was first released.
If it was me I would check my key assignments.
