Can someone tell me if i can use/convert X-plane missions into fsx?

In a sense you can all you have to do is to set up a flight plan use a similar aircraft create the weather and time of day along with all of the other items needed and you have it
I would say that you cannot probably move the mission from any other sim straight into a different one. you can not even move FS9 missions into FSX directly because of the differences between them.
But you can create one
Or you can use this to make or edit missions in FSX
