Another funny ai moment FSX

Now that is what I call a close encounter of the Second kind.

I have never seen any thing like this do you have a a lot of AI aircraft and flight plans.
I wonder if ATC notified either one about the other aircraft in their airspace?
Or in this case inside of there aircraft.

Only ai packages are a military aircraft addon and the ai ships global package and maybe a few Orbx related aircraft but nothing that should interfere with the default ai. I turned down the aircraft ai when I first came across things like in the screenshots above and it still happens occasionally, otherwise my fsx is very reliable with no other problems.

At least I now know if I should see something like this that I am not losing what little bit of my mind I have left.
