I have never had a issue with downloading aircraft, no issue. But all of a sudden last week 2/3 of my downloaded aircrafts have no textures, just white/gray. I did a clean up of my system that day and thought it was the issue. Except now 1/2 the new aircrafts i download have broken textures. Anyone know whats wrong, looking for help because some of my favorite aircraft are just white.

If it were me, I'd double check the aircraft folders to make sure all the texture folders are present, and compare them to the .cfg file to make sure the proper texture names are called out.

Can you give an example of 2 a/c - one with missing textures and one without? It may reveal some clue.

My first suggestion is to check if the 'Preview DirectX 10' option is enabled in FSX Display settings. If it is then disable it & see if that fixed it.
This is the most common cause of texture display problems with FS9 aircraft in FSX.

It would be good if people would respond to suggestions when they ask a question. Lets the helper know if his solution worked and helps others to learn too.

I though once that could be someking of imcompatibility with some video cards, few people complaints about this problem ,I still don't know what it is... to be honest

I post once what I though It could be the problem , (I'm trying to help here) see if this can help you

from every 40 downloads, at least 1 have this issue, Included new and advances video cards
