Callsign for Virgin America

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with the callsign for Virgin America. Everything I look at says Redwood and it appears to be correct in the aircraft cig. For some reason though, the sim does'nt recognize it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ed
