What does it mean by P3D normally posted with FSX in many of the available Simviation aircraft?

Can you rephrase that question?

If you're asking what I think your asking, most FSX airplanes/scenery will work in Prepar3d. A surprising amount of FS9 stuff will too.

That means it can be used with Lockheed Martin's Prepar3d. LM bought FSX from Microsoft, and renamed (and improved, in many ways) it.
