Importing flight plan file

Hi guys, I recently bought a new computer, needed to re-install FSX. In the old computer (still have it) I had about 100 flight plans that I'd like to import to my new PC. I'd like to know if t's possible to do. Don't know where the files or folders are. Can I just copy and overwrite the new files? If so where do I go to get the file (or folder)? Thank you

All of your flights should be stored in user document folder sub folder here I will show you mine. Saved flights in progress should be in there plus your flight plans.

C:\Users\****\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files

That's the file named Logbook.BIN?...So, I can save the file (from the old PC) and overwrite the new one (new PC)?

Logbook bin are your logged flights hours. Your saved flight plans are like this one.
IFR Chicago-O'Hare Intl to Hartsfield - Jackson Atlanta I.PLN
