I'm having trouble installing files I've downloaded from Simviation to my FSX folder. I've tried it using an unpacker and manually. neither have worked. I had no problem when I was installing to Century of Flight, but nothing I've tried works for FSX. Would someone please give me directions even a five year old would understand?

It's pretty much the same, except in FSX there is a "Simobject" folder that contains different sub-folders for "airplanes" "animals", "boats".... You have to install the add-ons into the correct folder. (into one of the sub-folders...It really don't matter, except not into the "animals" and "misc").

Most if not all readme files have instructions how to install manually.
