Very strange I can download the American part, just not the Japanese.. Going to try downloading on my under-powered laptop just to see if I can unpack it there & move the files over to my personal PC.. Thanks for the input folks, appreciated.. Will put FSX in the laptop in the next day or two & see what happens..
Unless you have a very good laptop you might want to think twice about doing this as you will struggle to get any kind of descent frame rates. As a rule of thumb most lap tops are not really meant for gaming. But there are a few that you can do this on and still get good results but will cost more money.
The biggest problem is you can not put a graphic card in a laptop. You other issue is HEAT laptops do not cool very well.
I know that there are things you can buy to put the laptop on that will help to keep it cool. But when you have to do some serious graphic work it is going to create a lot of heat which is why the better graphic cards have such big fans on them. The other problem is POWER your better cards will require there own power supply beside the one it gets from the slot you put it in.
The Card I have recommends a 300 watt power supply with its own power plug
