One way to find out would be to look at the panel cfg file and see if there is a actual gauge being used and if so do you have that gauge.
It is just a matter of finding out which window the gauge is supposed to be in.
Where did you down load it from so someone can check it out if you do not know how.
I have seen panels that will show a gauge but there is no actual gauge being used or they forgot to include it in the upload. Or they miss spell it these are all common errors.

Yea I see what you mean, I tried dialing in a heading and nothing changed with heading bug. I also dialed in some auto pilot headings and altitude climb rate clicked my main auto pilot on clicked buttons under each function and did not get a response like auto pilot was on on climb rate so I dialed in some more and I was still losing alt. Then I thought about the other Airbus cockpits and clicked on the knobs themselves and it started working. I will look into it a little more and see what I can find. I however am not the right person to look into config file or gauges, I never really got into any of that other than adding a new texture.

I am downloading it now and will look at it but because of the slow download speed it will be a while before it finishes downloading.

I down loaded it
I am at work right now so I can not use FSPANELSTUDIO to look at the panel
I will take it home and look at it further.
The other thing I noticed is the up loader states that this was originally for FS9 but I doubt if that is a issue here.
FSPANELSTUDIO will let you know quickly if you are missing gauges in any panel
I do not get home until after 5:00 PM EST

The gauge is not missing, only the heading bug function does not work, it stays set at 0 or 360 however you want to see it.

If that is the case than the problem is with the gauge itself. There is more than likely a problem with the syntax of the gauge
The only fix for this is to edit the gauge or simply replace it with a different one
When I used FSPANELSTUDIO I got a lot of errors about gauges not being uncompressed
If you look at the panel folder you will see a lot of cab files within each cab files you will find the actual gauges which are XML files I am not able to open any of these files and I should be able to.
I got a hunch that these files were compressed before being placed inside the cab file. Which means that the gauge you are having problems with might not be the only one that is not working correctly. One solution would be to download the base plane that these gauges came from and use those gauges instead
The other solution would be to use a different panel
Your choice. <<v

Just checked the file out -- it has a very basic panel. I'll delist it for now and see if I can put a better panel in there.
