Anyone want a Queen Air?

I posted about a week ago about making an aircraft package and someone suggested a Queen Air, and I found Mike Stone's. I converted it to FSX with the default Baron 58 panel and sound, but wasn't able to find any liveries. It does have a livery, a blue and white one to be specific. Anyone want me to upload it?

I would love it. I used to get a little time in one during my military service. It was then called a U8F. Look forward to your post.

Thanks,
Jim

Aircraft will be about 10.3 MB in size (pretty small). I also have put in a Brazilian private livery. Uploading now.

Great. I will download it later today. I'll post some screens as soon as I fly it.
Thanks again

Looking forward to some user shots! They compressed it so it is 427 kb (0.45 MB) so very small file. Hope you like it!

Hi
Rather than include the whole sound and panel files - you can just 'alias' the panel and sounds in future :)

(I did this in the file - reduced the size from 12MB to under 500k. Mike stone models are not too complex)

Examples of alias (you just change the sound or panel.cfg to include the following text:

[fltsim]
alias=Airbus_A321\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Airbus_A321\panel

[fltsim]
alias=B737_800\sound

[fltsim]
alias=B737_800\panel

... & so it goes on ..... any FS2004 aircraft sound or panel folder can be aliased to the default FSX versions

[fltsim]
alias=Lear45\sound (or panel ..)

[fltsim]
alias=C172\sound

[fltsim]
alias=DeHavilland_Beaver_DHC2\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Douglas_DC3\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Bombardier_CRJ_700\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Beech_King_Air_350\sound

[fltsim]
alias=beech_baron_58\sound

[fltsim]
alias=c208\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Piper_J3Cub\sound

[fltsim]
alias=DH_Dash8_100\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Mooney_Bravo\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Bell206B\sound

[fltsim]
alias=Bombardier_CRJ_700\sound

The panel & sound of the original Mike Stone Queen Air are already aliased to the default beech_baron_58 so it works fine in FSX without any modification at all.
(A thumbnail.jpg in the texture folders is all it needs. Most people should be able to do do that.)

Note that Mike's aircraft were created for FS2002/4 with the usual small visual bugs in FSX. None of his models have a VC.

Hello pete admin. I need to re-upload the aircraft due to a mistake in the config where the 2 names were the same causing an error and showing only 1 texture. Can you delete my other file (one that is uploaded) an I'll happily replace it with the new one.
