I downloaded the concorde in simviation, however whenever I fly it there is an annoying background music playing that makes it hard to hear the air traffic controller. If I go into sound and turn it off then I can't hear the controller. Is there a way to turn off just the music and still hear the controller?
Thanks
Bob

As always - please mention what file you are referring to.

I'm pretty much guessing that it's the Concord by Libardo Guzman. If so, open the Concord "Sound" folder, locate the two .wav files "7320vsp" and "A_JT8D_0". Either delete them or rename them.

No need to delete or rename the wav files. Just substitute your own wav file. Or just use 'silence.wav' (it's in your sound folder). Like this:
[OVERSPEED_WARNING_SOUND]
filename=silence //o=732OVSP
maximum_volume=9100
Save sound cfg. Done. No more overspeed music. You will still get the red text (lower right corner). That's another story.

Edit: The wav file 'A_JT8D_0' is a 'jet whine' and NOT overspeed sound.

You might want to give A_JT8D_0 a look and a listen on the media payer of choice. It's 44 minutes long, and 55.7 MB in size.

You are right. Too 'CUTE' for me (44 min of music (wav) for 'jet_whine'??) Cheesh.
