Aircraft Config

1) After flying with controls centered, once I land the plane veers slightly to the right off the runway. I cant trim it back to where it will roll straight.
2) Although nits an airliner, when I contact ground after exiting the runway I only get the option to go to Parking or Takeoff. What's needed in the aircraft config to get the Gates option???
