FS 2004

Postby rmb823 » Sat Jul 04, 2015 6:11 am

How can you tell if an aircraft will work in FSX, I've downloaded several the say FS 2004, and tried to get them to work in FSX and they won't. So how can I tell what aircraft will work in FSX.

Thanks

Stick to looking in the Library Category; "FSX Aircraft".

There you will be much safer!

FS 2004 aircraft are for folks (like me) who are prepared to try them in FSX and see if they work!
Sometimes they do...sometimes they don't!

Win 8.1 64-bit. DX11. Advent Tower. Intel i7-3770 3.9 GHz 8-core. 8 GB System RAM. AMD Radeon HD 7700 1GB RAM. DVD ROM. 2 Terra Byte SATA Hard Drive. Philips 17" LCD Monitor. Saitek Cyborg X Fly-5 Joystick. ...and a Briggs and Stratton Petrol Lawn Mower.

Yeah I know I have some that work and some that don't, but when I go into Simviation and click on FSX, and then search for aircraft most of them are for FS2004, I haven't found many for FSX, unless I'm missing them.

Thanks

Not sure what you mean.

In FSX there are NO fs2004 only aircraft -- and gthere are 1000's of FSX freeware aircraft

When I pull up simviation I click on FSX and look in there but that's where I see a lot of the downloads say they where created for FS2004 and other things. How do I find just the FSX library where there will be nothing else but just downloads for FSX.

Thanks
