New to downloading aircraft from the site .... I have discovered how /where to locate files for FSX....but does anyone know how I can bring file box up on desktop for drag and drop purposes for adding new aircraft?

At the top of your Browser....>>>>

Tools > Options > General > Downloads > Save files to ...option: "Desktop"

This will show your File(s) on the Desktop, to carry out further operations...

Howdy,

Also to add to Paul's great idea, you can go to your Microsoft FSX main (root) folder and right click on it to "create a shortcut" which you can place on your desktop, so when you download addons, it makes it easier to access your FSX folders eh.............
