Anybody ever Found this Airport ???
Wondering if anybody has ever found this "Floating Airport" yet
I've just spent the last 4.5 hours circling Iceland, and criss crossing it and there is NO Floating Airport at 2000'ft or below !!
he says it cruises at 2000' at about 10 mph.
I've looked and looked and even took 3 other people with me in the
? Jet,,,, and I'm cruising at a pretty good click 380mph.
It doesn't come up on my RADAR either !!!!
nor, does it show up on the GPS 500.
and its not listed in my list of A.I. Traffic in the drop down menu in FSX .
I'm about to offer a Reward if anybody finds it and posts photos - using FSX !!!
its NOT Floating in the water either , which I hope he set it up for that, if not once it tries to land, it'll disappear, unless he rigged it properly.
I Dunno' anybody else wanna try ??
using FSX tho,,, maybe it shows in 2004 but not in my FSX anyway.

Altitude2K is a flying hotel with 3,000-foot runway.
It is held in the air with a kevlar tank Helium H3 compressed helium. Stability is ensured by the transfer of pressure between the reservoirs and reinforced by four multi-rotor, which also control the travel speed, typically 10 knots.
Altitude2K traveling at a "constant altitude of 2,000 feet".
The ship may drop to the sea for procurement, refueling or emergency, controlled neutralization of helium which temporarily made him lose its properties. The tanks then act as floats.
100% VRF flight. No navigation aid. Tested successfully with KingAir350, Baron58 and Learjet45 ""FSX""
? ("successfully" does not mean ... with ease!).
Landing only from the rear, as on an aircraft carrier.
It is forbidden to land at the change of maneuvers the ship. There are a dozen during the journey; see A2K_Carte.jpg file to locate them. The departure's day, the ship faces the west; it will back up slowly and then turn on itself to undertake its périble, then pay attention to his "180" if you try to land there at that time!
The nearest airport to the ship 0800Z each day (see also A2K_Carte.jpg file):
Monday BIKF - Keflavic - Near Reykjavik, capital of Iceland - Beginning of the turn.
Tuesday BINH - Hornafjordur - Big glacier area.
Wednesday BIKP - Kopaster - Iceland northern point, region of the great deltas.
Thursday BINH - Hornafjordur - In remoteness of the fjords area, approach Snaefellsjokull volcano.
