Just a warning! Alert! The installer doesn't work properly in FSX and no model folder is created! I installed it manually, but textures are just black! If anybody got it right for FSX please respond!

Sure would be nice to have the zip file name, searched here at SimV for the aircraft as you have worded and 0 results came back.

I checked out the file from your link & STARCLOUD is quite correct. The Model folder is missing from the download. (Note: there is no auto- installer.)

To fix it I found the Mike Stone original & used the Model folder from that. http://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=smetro3.zip&x=14&y=13

It works fine as you can see from my shot.


The Veravia repaint was posted in 2012. It seems strange to me that this has never been reported before.

No surprise at all! There are probably many more like it - files with problems never reported after years and 1000's of downloads .... (only about 2% of site users use these forums and a good bunch of this forum users are not site users)

Thanks for your attention to details. I had to clean up my Airplane Folder in FSX since the previous install left folders all over the place! Hope this works!
