How can I save panels on my monitor?

Hi this is Jarrett, and I was wondering how I can save a panel on my primary monitor? What I mean is when I open fsx I want to have my overhead, gps etc. on my primary monitor. I have my VC on my second monitor and the monitor I want the panels on is black. I can drag panels over but can't save them there so when I open up my flight sim they are there. Any help would be great.

Thanks!

I would guess that since FSX wasn't necessarily designed for dual monitors you will have to arrange your panels before each session. It isn't really that big a deal, is it?

Another alternative is to get P3D. The monitor layout is saved with the flight.

I think you can do this. Get your panels and monitors set up the way you want them and before you take off save the flight. Then the next time you start FSX load the saved flight. But you would then have to do this for every airplane and airport you take off from. You would also have to reset the date and time if you want to fly in real time. Might be more trouble than it is worth unless you fly pretty much the same plane all the time and don't care about the date and time of the flight.
