I flew the L-1011 from KLAX to KBGR, the same route in the TV miniseries The Langoliers. I've noticed that the nose gear turns left when I turn right and vice versa. How can I fix this?

Do you have rudder pedals?

It may have to be setup correctly - Pro Flight Rudder Pedals install + FSX setup.

Perhaps you have a left handed pilot
On the serious side from which angle or you looking at when you see this.
You have to remember that if you are looking from the front to the back than right and left will be different some people refer to this as the mirror effect.
If looking from the back to the front will not have this effect right should be right.
It is like giving directions to some one to get from point a to point B I always use compass point as north is always north no mater which way you come from. Left and right are position dependent.
Think of it this way if two people face each other and someone asks them to raise there left hand they will be opposite of each other. But if both people face the same way like front to back then they will be on the same side.
Unless of course someone does not know there left from there right

If you're referring to the Thomas Ruth FSX update of Erick Cantu's FS9 L1011: his original model had the direction of the nose gear accidentally reversed. TR issued a patch - Google is your friend.
