Hi, I downloaded the update and copied it to the main FSX folder but it didn't correct the VC panel on the pilots side.
Should I have placed the updates somewhere else? Thanks.

Not sure what updates you mean. From the comments in your other thread this is an FS9 aircraft that is not fully compatible with FSX. I don't think you can do anything about it.

There is a reflecting square plate right in front of the main VC

Surely there must be a way to make that transparent? It seems a shame because it otherwise a good VC (& aircraft).

No way to my knowledge. This is a display priority bug with some FS9 aircraft in FSX. It would probably work fine in the RTM version of FSX without SP1 & 2 installed.
