Hunger Games Hoverplane?

First of all, a big hello to the world of Simviation. I recently got FSX for my birthday and have been playing it religiously since, and your website popped up when I looked for extra planes. And what a site it is, you've really done a really good job here guys :D
Now, for my first post, I'd like to request an aircraft to be created, as I've always wondered what it would fly like whilst reading the books. I'm referring to the 'Hoverplane' used frequently in the Hunger Games trilogy; a futuristic VTOL stealth aircraft which looks bloody awesome. Pictures are hard to come by; type in 'Hunger Games Hoverplane' on Google Images and there's an aerial shot of one, but that's about it...
As I'm completely new, I am unaware of the timescale involved in making one of these, but I thought it would be appropriate considering the imminent release of 'Catching Fire' and also the popularity of the recent 'Bat-wing' in terms of downloads, a similar type of aircraft...
If no-one's behind me then I won't be too bothered, it is a pretty vague aspect of the trilogy, however I think it would be a really cool thing to fly.
Thanks :D

The main problem is that we (the design community) know hardly anything about the hovercraft. It's (comparably) easy to make a 172, as performance stats and pictures of the aircraft's exterior and interior are widely available. Not so with the hovercraft. Because there's nothing like it, we won't know how to make it (we know that they can drop bombs b/c of Mockingjay). But if you feel the urge, and if you know how to (or want to learn how to) design aircraft from the ground up, the challenge is yours.

BTW, welcome to the forum!

I understand that it will be difficult to achieve, but I still am unsure about where to go if I want to design the aircraft... Also, I think this forum should continue on viewtopic.php?f=25&t=167994, as I accidentally placed it in two places (sorry) It is a bit more 'Other' as well :D
