IFR Charts

I'm using FSX to simulate IFR flights including instrument approaches. Seems that FSX does not have approach charts in it to provide vertical guidance, frequencies, missed approaches, etc. I understand that until 2009 or so Jeppesen sold FSX charts, but no longer. If anyone knows how to secure a set or how otherwise to get charts usable with FSX, I'd appreciate it.

NaviGraph does them, or you could google the approach you want (I.E. SEA_SUMMA7). You can usualy get them from Flightaware.com by looking up the airport code and going to IFR plantes and downlaoding the PDF and opening them up in paint and saving them as a .GIF and improting them into FSX.

Hi,

there are a number of apps with IFR CHARTS for Android tablets, especially for FSX as well as for real pilots. Jeppesen sells an Android app and there is an app called SimPlates by Dauntless Soft. I have not tested them, but maybe they are worth a look if You have a tablet.
