Has anyone successfully utilised Tile Proxy flying around the UK?

I've seen some pretty spectacular vids on You Tube and have downloaded the software but am having trouble finding a suitable server to download the images - any help appreciated.

Thanking all in anticipation

Paul

Your best source of information on installing TileProxy and getting it running is Ed Truthan's Guide. Here is the link:

You need to read and re-read this guide many times to install TileProxy correctly. The author, Christian Buchner, appears to be inactive and not supporting TileProxy anymore, so Ed Truthan's guide is your best bet. You can use my ProxyUser.ini file (with valid parameter setting) that will work with TileProxy - if you install it OK. Here is a link to one of my Simviation airport scenery downloads that contains my Proxyuser.ini file, as well as a neat airport to fly from in the French Alps with spectacular scenery.

Good luck,
John
