Broken Installers

Postby Gregm » Tue Jul 23, 2013 6:34 pm

I just reinstalled FSX with SP1 AND SP2. I downloaded an FSX B-757. I get a message telling me that the installer is broken. I downloaded the file several times with the same result. What do I need to do?

Hi Greg. I suspect this is the old Adobe Air problem. The file has no installer & it is not corrupt. Please read this. http://forums.simviation.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=165990&p=1239844&hilit=adobe+air#p1239844

You could always disassociate the .air files from adobe but that is a little extreme it easier to either ignore it or uninstall Adobe air. I have gotten use to it by now but I have to admit the first time I saw it I went HUH!! I almost deleted it thinking something was wrong.
