The reason as to why some aircraft has this problems can be several things.
One is what we are talking about with the settings the others have to do with the aircraft itself.
When one makes a aircraft they decide as to how detailed it will look which is why Payware aircraft look better and perform better than freeware aircraft does. No two aircraft are the same so depending upon what the designer uses for textures that will decide as to what kind of frame rate impact it will have. As a rule of thumb the more detailed the aircraft the more it will effect your frame rates.
As for your settings
I suggest you back down your frame rates to 30 Although there is a lot of argument on this matter some will say set it to max while others say set to no more than 30 I use 20
I also would turn down the auto gen to medium
One other thing you can try is to use the shift z to show your frame rates when flying this aircraft.
You have to remember that the area that you are flying in can also effect frame rates and cause stuttering especially true if you have any payware scenery such as Mega Scenery.
Fine tuning FSX is a slow and tedious task
I still suggest you look at the sticky I mentioned in my last post the suggestions there should help you out.
As for your system as you can see by my signature my system is not that different from yours the biggest difference is I use Windows 8 64 bit and have 12 gigs of ram running at 1800 mhz
I am not a big on Radeon video cards I use Nvida but that is a users choice.
That is why I switched to a 64 bit system I can hang up to 32 gigs running at 2200 mhz But that would be a little costly.
But I think in the future that is what I will do.
After looking at the video card you are using I noticed it is windows 8 friendly But I do not know about the rest of your system especially your Motherboard it might not support a 64 bit system.
Just take your time and only adjust one thing at a time until you get the effect you want.
