Screen Shots

Postby shrek » Fri Jun 14, 2013 3:46 pm

I have gotten a new computer, it is running WIN 8 and I cant seem to capture screen shots, I had this problem once in win 7 and found a duplicate folder for Flight simulator X files. one in Document and one in Pictures. Last time I deleted one of the folders and kept the one that was in Pictures, and problem solved. I could use the screen shot feature. I tried to do the same fix as in Win 7 with WIN 8, however when I try to save a screen shot I get it cant at this time, and it re creates the folder I deleted in Document. so I tried deleting the duplicate file in Pictures, same thing happened it re created the file in pictures and said I could not save screen shot. any suggestions would be appreciated.. What I do, with whatever screen capture program I am using, is to direct the program to save my pictures to the "Desktop", where I can instantly view them, and re-size them, etc, if necessary, and from where I can then drag them to any other location I desire.

It prevents the shots from being "lost somewhere" in the computer after pressing the "save button"!
They always appear on my Desktop!
