Lukla airport v3.00 crashes FSX

Greetings all... I d/l Lukla airport v3.00 the other day from Simviation. The description looked great and default FSX sucks. It seemed to load (auto install) and I added in settings, no problem. I started my flight from Lamadada Nepal when I opened the map to adjust my bearings for Lukla the altitude was given but it appeared to say runway length is 0 ft. in parenthesis it said do not use. I continued toward Lukla and as I got close FSX closed stating a problem had occurred. I deleted Lukla in scenery settings and addon in FSX. I tried a manual install same results. Lukla shows over1200 d/l but searching here and the net I didn't find any complaints or problems. I am totally lost and I would love to have v3.00 in my addon folder. I am looking for the immense wisdom available at Simviation. Win 7, Sp2, plenty of ram and hd, thanks, doug

Hi,
I don't recall any warning messages but FSX crashed after I installed Lukla 3 and tried to start a flight there. I haven't investigated fully but I think when I tried to look at the XML using XML Notepad 2007 it showed no data in the file.

Never tried that Lukla v3, so i cant help you.

Same here . A (do not use this) message appeared next to the name of airport..... Anyway i tried it but my FSX crashed. So i deleted it without any further invistigation

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I TRIED TO LOAD IT ALSO.

The file has been de-listed.

Apologies to those effected. Luckily this type of thing is extremely rare. The last time I de-listed a file due to user problems was years ago.
