HELP / TUPOLEV 154B-2 Russian Aircraft Install ??

I believe I'm gonna need some Assistance with Installing the Russian Tupolev 154 B-2 Jetliner.
NOTE : NOT the 1 from this site here on Simivation ~ !!!!!
Please keep in mind, I've got over 4,000 Aircraft in my Simulator - so I pretty much know how and where to Inject files most of the time into Flight Simulator FSX Gold / Acceleration.

Now - the Problemo' is - where to "INJECT" a "Particular Group" of "Particular files"
?
I Always , Always try as much as possible to INJECT files / folders into my Sim "MANUALLY", and NOT by some automated Installer ~ !!!!
Within the TU154B-2 Download , there are a set of Folders - within another set of Folders
which read - " Project Tupolev" ,,,,,,,,,
Open that Folder - and you'll see - 5 Folders - and - 1 File ,,,,
Open up those Folders and you'll see all kinds of files?????
nowhere in the Documentation , which is mainly in RUSSIAN,,,, does it directly state what to do with those Folders / Files ?
I'm really Not sure I really even need them but I'd like to know what their for anyway,,,,
1 Folder is for that FSUPIC program, which I already have of course,,,,
I believe not sure the other is for maybe / possibly a weight distribution program,,,,,
I Dunno'
Do any of you Experienced Seasoned Flight Simmers out there - have any Experience with this particular RUSSIAN Aircraft , Injecting it into the simulator , and from this Russian Flight Programmers Web Site ??

What are the Files exactly
Where do they go??

** Well this is their Forum, which is mainly in Russian, but, I just now after 2 days of searching just came across a an English version hidden kinda in their forum section,,, so, I'll be digging thru that see what I can come up with,,,
